The Problem

Your compliance team shouldn't be checking 50 websites every morning.

Most carriers track bulletins manually in a shared spreadsheet. It works — until a state updates an advisory on a Sunday and nobody sees it for a week.

Without Lumavexel

The way most carriers do it today

  • Compliance analyst manually checks 51 state DOI websites
  • Each site formats bulletins differently
  • Missed bulletins lead to fines of $5K–$50K+
  • 4–8 hours per week of analyst time on monitoring alone
  • Audit prep is a scramble — no documented system
  • Spreadsheet someone has to remember to update

With Lumavexel

A 30-second skim with your coffee

  • One email at 8 AM with every new bulletin from every state
  • Standardized format, direct links to source documents
  • Nothing slips through — audit trail in your inbox
  • Compliance team focuses on actual compliance, not monitoring
  • State and line-of-business filtering on Pro and above
  • Set it up once. Stays running.

Common Questions

What compliance teams ask before signing up.

How accurate is the data?
Every bulletin is scraped directly from the issuing state DOI's official website — the same source your compliance team would check manually. Each entry in the digest includes a direct link to the source document, so you can verify in one click. We aggregate; we don't interpret.
What if I only operate in a few states?
The Pro tier lets you filter your digest by state and by line of business (P&C, L&H, etc.) so you only see what's relevant. The Basic tier sends the full national digest — most multi-state carriers prefer this for completeness.
How is this different from Vertafore, RegEd, or Wolters Kluwer ELM?
Those are excellent enterprise compliance platforms — they bundle bulletin alerting with twenty other features and price accordingly ($30K–$150K+/year). Lumavexel does one thing: daily bulletin monitoring. We complement those platforms, not replace them. Many of our customers use both.
Can my whole team use it?
Basic includes 1 user. Pro covers up to 5 users. Enterprise is unlimited. All users receive the digest at the same delivery time each morning.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contracts. Monthly billing, cancel anytime. Annual billing saves you 17% (about 2 months free).
What happens if you miss a bulletin?
Every digest tells you which state pages succeeded and which had errors that day, so you'd see it immediately. As a safety net we cross-check our coverage weekly against NAIC's published index. In the rare case a bulletin is missed, we refund the month and publicly note the gap in the next digest.
Do you need security review / SOC 2 / a BAA?
We don't store any of your data — only your email and state preferences. The bulletins themselves are public regulatory documents. There's nothing of yours to leak. We're happy to walk your security team through the architecture if that's useful.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes — 14 days of full Pro tier access. No credit card required to start. We'll ask for one if you decide to continue.
