Program description
Lumavexel provides an automated text-back service ("Speed-to-Lead") for home-services businesses. When you call a participating business and the call is not answered, you may receive an automated SMS reply from that business's number inviting you to continue the conversation by text so the business can help you. These are conversational, customer-care messages — not marketing.
Consent / opt-in
By calling a participating business's published phone number, you consent to receive an automated text reply at the number you called from. Your inbound call is the opt-in. You are never added to any list and are not messaged unless you have first called the business.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on your interactions (for example, a reply to a missed call, or follow-ups to a conversation you started). This is not a recurring marketing program.
Message and data rates may apply.
To stop receiving messages, reply STOP at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts.

Carrier disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your mobile carrier's network availability.
